Is iPad mini works with Windows 8 properly?

Is iPad mini works with Windows 8 properly? pls clarify me.:ipad-case:

The iPad does not work with Windows 8. It uses an entirely different operating system.

Kevin you are quite correct, but was that the OPs real question?

Whilst the Ipad mini is an IOS device, it interfaces with windows PCs and these indeed do use Windows. I don't have Windows 8 on my laptop but I can see no reason why Itunes would not work on a Windows 8 PC and hence the Ipad mini should work with it too.

Good point. In that case, there should be no reason why iTunes will not operate on Windows 8.

Have used mini and Win8 machine with good results.

I use windows 8 desktop PC with iPad mini with no problems at all
Most of the iPad apps lets me transfer files using WiFi between PC and iPad
Works great and yes iTunes works as well.
