Is "Burst" Feature Still Non-Turnoffable?

With all of the new features found in the latest 9.02 update, is it possible now to turn off the "Burst" feature in the Camera? Thanks...

I don't believe it's possible yet. There's nothing in settings or the camera app that allows you to turn off burst mode. When I take a photo I tap lightly on the shutter button and immediately lift my finger. I've only taken unintended bursts a couple of times.
