iPad2 features for iPad

Just wondering if there is any chance that any of the new features in the upcoming iPad2 will be made available for the current iPad. For instance, if iPad2 has support for a SD card then will we be able to access the SD card with the camera connection kit and get more than pictures? And for FaceTime will we be able to attach a cam camera and make calls?

I have been wondering the same thing. I am not very optimistic about it though.

Will the SD card slot simply be a built in Camera Connection Kit?
Will it require support from every app?
Will it be supported by a File Manager?
Will the current SD card adaptor be able to work with any new features?
