ipad updates, I think is my trouble. About 6 updates ago changed my ipad, in that I always have to keep shutting it down and then restarting because it won't search past an inch and a half, the(the blue line just stops). Can anyone help with this? Thanks.

I've had that problem with my iPad and it's usually caused by a weak WiFi signal. Have you done a speed test to see how strong your download and upload speeds are? I use speedtest.net, which has a free app in the App Store. https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/speedtest.net-mobile-speed/id300704847

You could also try resetting your router. If these solutions don't work, you could try resetting network settings on your iPad. To do this, go to Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings.
While resetting network settings will not erase any data, you will have to re-enter your password in sites that normall remember you.
