iPad turns off unexpectedly

My iPad always turns off by itself and go backs to apple logo. Then I need to wait for 2-3 minutes for it to open, then my iPad will turn off again and go back to apple logo. I already tried clicking home button and off button but nothing happens.

Hi and welcome to the Forum!

When you say you have tried clicking home and off button, are you holding them in simultaneously until you see the Apple logo appear? If not, try it again, it may take 20 - 30 seconds to achieve this, so be patient. Let us know how you go.
