Ipad stuck "updating iCloud settings"

Last night i updated my iPad 2. This morning I was asked to do a set up. It is now stuck trying to update iCloud settings. Help!!!!

Give it a while to try to update, if no luck , do a hard reset (home and power for 10 seconds).

When I updated my iPads the iCloud settings took several minutes to update, much longer than previous updates. How long has your iPad been stuck on updating your iCloud settings?
