Not sure where to go so hoping someone can help. Tried to do a factory restore on my iPad and now it's stuck on the iTunes logo with the image of the cord. When I try to connect it to iTunes it won't even register. Have tried a couple of options around holding down the home and power buttons but nothing works. Computer is virus free and I gave the latest version of iTunes. Help!
