I have forgotten my passcode on my iPad. I talked to Apple, so they told me to put my iPad in recovery mode, then restore it. That's because you cannot restore it any other way if it has a passcode . I do that, but after about half the restore process is done, an error pops up. Most of the time it is a different error. Apple will not help me, and it is an unknown error. Please help! Thanks!
