Ipad restarts by itself ....

Dear friends, I wish to get your opinions and advice on my iPad 3 which restarts by itself. It has been upgraded to iOS 7 and I am not sure that's the cause of it. Appreciate any feedback and assistance. Thanks

If you already tried to restore it (see the link I gave you in my answer to your last post) and this didn't help, put it into recovery mode: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1808
