I bought the above tablet in the hope that I would be able to view videos I had purchased from www.artistsnetwork.com. I do not want to download them onto my tablet. Although I can open the videos they freeze between 1.02 and 10.42 minutes (depending on the video). I have contacted both Apple and Artistsnetwork re this and no-one seems to have a solution. The purpose for buying the tablet was to view these instructional videos whilst travelling. Does anyone have a solution please? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
