iPad Photo organiser

Hi,
I purchased an iPad about two months back with the hope of downloading a lot of pictures. I found, however, that it was impossible to sort them into files.
Need advise on an apps that is easy to use and not too costly.

You could use Photomanager Pro. Or use Best album.
Best album makes links of the images in your camera roll instead of making copies.
Best ways to sort all the pics in albums and such.
