iPad OS Gestures - same across all supporting iPads?

Should gestures in iPad OS (13) be the same across all models of iPad?

In other words, if a gesture works a certain way on a 2018 iPad Pro, should it work exactly the same as on a 2017 iPad Pro, or on any model which supports iPad OS (13) ?

Afaik there’s no difference between models when it comes to gestures. Those that get the update to iPadOS 13 use the same gestures.
