Could any one please tell me if I have to uninstall anti virus from my PC to download iOS 4.3.

Hard to say. Each anti-virus program works a little differently. Just give it a try. If you have problems then turn off all the automatic features in the anti-virus program's settings. No reason to de-install the program.

It should be safe to run iTunes to download the update. Stay off the web and don't play with attachments in you email if you want to be supper safe.

Turn it back on when you are done.
