iPad not synching with exchange

Hello,

I'm trying to help our executive VP with his iPad. He has his exchange account set up on his iPad and he can send and receive just fine. The issue he is dealing with is that when he uses his iPad to delete messages from his exchange account. He deletes from his iPad, but the changes don't reflect when he gets in the office, so he has to delete those same messages from outlook. So far that is the only problem as far as I know. Any ideas?

Welcome to the forum! There are a lot of great people here willing to lend a hand anytime. Often using the Search box (at the top-left of every page) will lead you to the answers you're looking for. If not, feel free to post a question in the appropriate area.

With respect to your question. Try changing the Mail settings:

Settings App > Mail, Contacts, Calendars (sidebar) > Accounts - Select the Exchange account > Account > Advanced (scroll to bottom) > Mailbox Behaviors > Deleted Mailbox > On the Server > Trash

That will remove the email directly from the server, not just the iPad.
