iPad Forums App?

I just installed the iPad Forums app offered me when I viewed this forum on my iPad 2 a few minutes ago but cannot for the life of me, figure how to enter a new thread from it. What's the trick here anyway?

I'm just now trying to find the APP and can't. I do remember seeing the request when I first signed up, but perhaps someone can tell me how to find it now. Thanks.
