iPad excited...

but I have yet to pre-order... real close.
Mac user at home PC AutoCAD at work, iPod use all day.
I just think that the iPad is a very cool piece of tech that I do
not need, but I do want. But I do have concerns about getting in
before it is more sorted out and missing out on more coooler
stuff that is inevitable. Alas... I am sure I will not wait long.

Welcome to iPadForums.net! lol, it's a tough choice. Might be worth checking one out at the Apple store on the day of the release and see if it'll do what ya want first.

phew... I don't know if the day of release would be the day to go check it out. Imagine all the preorder peeps there to pick theirs up as well as all the other people standing around doing the same thing... trying to get their first look at the device. *I* would wait about a week or at least a few days later and maybe go during the week so most people are at work or school so you could get some uninterrupted time with it.
