iPad Contacts synch issue

I have an iPod touch and just got the iPad. I have all my contacts on my iPod touch, no they are not in Outlook, etc. How do I synch my iPad to pick up my contacts from the touch.

Yo do it through itunes when your ipad is plugged in you'll see the option under one of the tabs
