iPad clickers

Are there any good options for iPad clickers? I mostly use goodreader and pdfs for presentations. I would a small device that connects to my iPad through bluetooth, maybe has a laser pointer attached, and allows me to move between slides.

If you're using Keynote, the there's a free app from Apple that will let you use your iPhone.
