iPad can not connect to EasyAcc Bluetooth Speaker 4.0 DP100?

Hi i bought a bluetooth speaker from amaozn these day. i want to use it listen music and talk to my friends though Bluetooth 4.0 tech but when i search and pair the device i can not find it why ? can you help me ? iPad do not support bluetooth speaker 4.0 connection?

Several reviews suggest that it works well with an iPad, including Amazon

Which iPad are you using, as that may help the more knowledgeable here?

Did you follow the pairing instructions for the speakers carefully? Usually you have to enable pairing mode on the device as part of the process.

Couple of thoughts: Can you connect to anything else with bluetooth? Also, have you tried a system reset - which often helps with all sorts of problems? (See 'Restart or Reset iPad' in the iPad user guide.)

Thanks we will try this latter. i can connect to my android device

yes i have done this but still no can not pair successfully.

A further thought, the only suggestion I have... When you try to pair to your iPad, is Bluetooth on your other "android device" turned on? Turn Bluetooth off that device and try again.
