I have an ipad 3 and would like to share my calander with my iPod touch with an IOS 4.2. Is it possible?

I believe that isn't possible because you would need iCloud to sync the calendars between your devices. iCloud was introduced with iOS 5 in October 2011. Can your iPod be updated past iOS 4.2?

No,,there are no more updates for that ipod. This is what I thought but wasn't sure. Thanks for the resonce.
