iPad 3 with 7.0.4 - how do I rollback?

I updated to 7.0.4, but because of my wifi connect problems, I want to rollback to 7.0.3. My wife's iPad has 7.0.3 and no wifi problems, so I feel a rollback would fix my problem.

How do I rollback? Thx
