ipad 3 will not charge

battery will not charge. plugged into wall or usb port. tried new adapter and new wire but no go.

plugged into usb overnight and got a lousy 12% increase.

will sometimes drain while plugged into wall.

have visited 4 places in Chiang Mai, Thailand but they will not honor my warranty even though the ipad is only 2 weeks
old. thai web support is in thai so i cannot read it. us support cannot call me here.

desperate. no support locally and no way to get support from us.

No, it will not charge adequately via USB - inadequate power there. You need to use the charger it came with. If that went kaput, you need a new one.
