Then I guess u have to reinstall the iOS. Connect to iTunes and reinstall

How can I back it up?

I tried two different ones, one is the 5v and now I am using the 10v also I many different kinds of chords...

I hope you didn't plug the ipad into a 10volt power pack?
The correct power pack is 5Volt, 2Amp ,10watt unit.

That picture is telling you plug it into a charger, it isn't charging!

I plugged it into the one it came with...
Now I am restoring...

I restored it and lost all my data fml

iTunes will back it up before u reinstall

If it is jailbroken then u can use panda demon app to back it up

Do you have a backup from before the problem started?If so,you could use that and restore from the backup.

Yes,always backup on a regular basis in case anything like this ever happens again.

iTunes automatically does a backup, have a look , you might still have the data

S I already went in preferences and checked and there's only two backups and they arent really proper backups...
