iPhone 5 is a more or less certainty, iPad 3 is a more or less non starter.

I sorta agree because I think it's to early to release another iPad only one year after though I'd like to see some improvements

This fall is considerably earlier than a year. The year in full is traditionally Apple's option.

There is talk of ipad2.x, an upgraded iPad 2, but I personally think it's tosh. iPad 3 will be next me thinks, next year.

I place my bet on iPhone 5. iPad 2 was released in March 2011, so I doubt the 3rd version would be coming the same year.

Wouldn't rule out both, but my money is on the i5 being released first.

When I bought my ipad2 I sold my iPhone and bought a normal phone, I couldn't justify having both as I wasnt using my iPhone at all after my purchase. just my 2 cents.

I'm also eagerly waiting for the answer for this question. But either it's iPhon 5/iPad 3, i'm the one who will buy it on the first day.

I will go with iPhone5. iPhone5 released by Apple. iPad2 released this year, I have doubt is ipad3 also released same year. What do you think?

I'll pick up iPhone 5 if it's on Verizon LTE and dual core. Otherwise I'm going android again and using my iPad 2 for apps.
