Ipad 2 glass repair... glitch

Was able to replace glass on Ipad 2. Actually went well. When I started up Ipad to check connections, I get a deep blue screen and nothing else. Any feedback would be appreciated.

Sounds like a hardware issue. You may have tweaked a connection during the repair. I would call a reputable repair shop and see what they say. I'm not whether Apple will repair it now since you've already opened it up yourself but I could be wrong.

Check all the connections again and if everything is solid I guess you have a faulty replacement screen and the supplier should swap it (unless as previously said, you have damaged a ribbon cable)
