iPad 2 app update problem

My iPad 2 says I have 18 updates, but when I go to update there is nothing showing on the update page. I shut down pad ... didn't help. Cleared cache and history ... didn't change things. Does anyone have a clue what is going on? Thanks.

Yep. There appears to be a problem (on Apple's end) with the Updates tab.
