iPad 2 7.1.2 jailbroken - No Cydia?

After upgrading to 7.1.2, I used the Pangu jailbreak, and it seemed to go perfectly fine according to the Windows program, but I didn't have Cydia. I still have the Pangu icon, but opening it caused the iPad to become completely frozen and I had to restore it (using the backup from just before the jailbreak) to get it running again.

How do I get Cydia after the Pangu jailbreak?

Oooookay apparently the guide is missing a crucial step. Apparently after the first reboot, you're supposed to go back into the Pangu app again...guide didn't mention it, and the jailbreak program just says "waiting for response" or something, and does not tell you to go back into the app.

Jailbreak worked for real this time and I've got Cydia again. Yay.
