IOS 7 Saving mail attachments

Pre IOS 7 I could save a PDF mail attachment and open it in "iBooks".
Since the update I can't seem to do it.

A long press on the attachment now only gives an option to "Save Image" or "Copy"!!

HELP! How can I save a PDF attachment to open it in, say, iBooks?

Personally, running IOS 7.0.2 I have no trouble at all with this method of long press and I can the select iBooks. However, if you can't then a short press opens the pdf and at the top right of the screen is a vertical arrow in a box. If this is not immediately visible simply tap the centre of the screen and you will see it. Press this and select iBooks. By the way this is a scrolling list of all your apps that dan read pdf files.
