Saving PDF documents in iBooks.

Hello, I am hoping someone can help me. I am having a problem with PDF documents that have been e-mailed to me, and that I want to save in iBooks. When I save the PDF it gets filed as "Untitled" in iBooks even though the PDF attachments are titled in the emails they came from. How do I get these documents names to show up in the iBooks PDF list?

I save my new pdf files to Evernote, which allows me to insert a title. Then I click on the Open in iBooks option and save it there.
