Hi everyone. I've just registered on this forum.
I've had an iPad 32Gb Wifi for just over a month now.
I've just purchased a mobile wifi dongle from 3 to use here in the UK.
I also use a Macbook and have a (now fairly old) iPod. I've been using Macs for about 5 years. In a previous existence I was a software engineer for a large UK telecom provider but I've been out of that world for about 10 years now.
The iPad is my traveling companion as I find the Macbook a bit too weighty for cabin baggage. I use Things as an organizer on the MacBook and iPad - a bit pricey but works well for me.
I use Mailtags to organize my mail on the MacBook (using Mail as the client with imap and fastmail as my mail provider). Big disadvantage for me is not being able to see these categorisations on the iPad.
