How can i connect to network without using Wifi . If there are other way plz tell me about it
For information my ipad don t hold a place for 3G

If your ipad is wifi only I don't think it is possible. However, I use my iPhone as a hotspot and connect ipad to it.

I can use wifi but i have clé 3G orange i wanna use it .

I'd say that if your iPad is wireless only you will have to tether it to a cell phone with 3G service.
