install whatsapp on ipad

good day
i need to install whatsapp on my ipad 4 ,, i used to install it using iphone and itools or ifunbox
after upgrading to ios 9.0.2 im not able to use same way

any new way to install it???

There used to be away with a jailbroken iPad, but I am not sure that even that works now. Try searching on the net? -but then you have probably done that already.

Hence we are using Kakaotalk (free), but as with all these things, the receiver needs it installed too.

Btw, if you do find a solution, a post back here would be appreciated by many.
