Forgot to ask you what you thought of the orchids, Judi? Think the top one looks a bit like your mom when she's mad? :D just kidding JA
 
Well, I'm thinking you rarely get angry because you are a female TAURUS - a clan I know well enough to AVOID angering at all costs, even if they're not mad at you approach with caution? Am I right? :D

The one I saw was just white but WOW it really does seem like it's from a sci-fi movie or something. It moves, it isn't static at all! When I first saw it I thought a ghost was coming to visit, then it just kept getting bigger and flowing, sort of like those birds or fish you see who are flying (or swimming ) and all of them move like one making different shapes in 3-D. I can't imagine how wild it would be to see in color!

Hey... Yes I know, my mom told me a lot of you and what a wonderful person you are. When i was younger i sometimes thougt she's mean, but it's the reason that i'm well educated now ;-)... I like the orchids but it doesn't look like my mother when she's mad, if it did i would get nightmares of my angry mum :-)... She doesn't often get really angry, that's true, but when she's angry i get silent and stay out of sight :-)
I can't even imagine how it would be to see such an aurora borealis, in color or white. But it has to be amazing and some kind of strange and also very beautiful... Must be an experience for life...

Thank you... I choose it because green is my favorite colour and i like music... Yes some kind of, i play flute and guitar and i'm not a bad singer... Like my mum... Seems i got this gift from her :-)

Judi, you are SO right. It is one of those rare experiences you have that never leave. You just remember and you get to have that experience again! You ARE VERY clever. Your poor brother, between you and your mom he would never get it right, or bother trying in the first place!!! JUST KIDDING! I grew up with 2 brothers who are off the charts like your mom. We used to have so much fun debating at the dinner table on Sunday nights when everyone came home for dinner! I think you are probably one of the luckiest kids to have a mom like yours. Taurus mom's are VERY loyal, and generous with their kids, so no I would expect her to get mad, maybe once or twice in your lifetime. One of my brother's is a Taurus ....now, that was a whole different world.i think the one thing that Taurus men and women share is, if they are mad, get out of the way, stay out of the way and don't come back until you hear them laughing and chatty! That has been my experience. Hey I forgot what thread I'm in? Anything goes? I hope? YIKES! Have mercy if I'm in the wrong place, and any moderator please move this if I'm in the wrong. YIKES, I stopped breathing again, then remembered Gabe and your mom's advice!

I am really lucky to have my mum... Now that i've grown up, she's more of a friend to me than a mother and i enjoy every weekend i come home from vienna ( home will always be my mothers house) ... it's funny, because my mother shares a lot of interests with me which my brother doesn't like that much, but she also shares a lot of interests with my brother (like sience and that stuff) which i am absolutely not interested in... So i think she's got a good connection to both of us :-)

I totally agree with you. She is one of the most well balanced people I have ever met. I love teasing her and I think she likes giving it right back to me! I lost my mom to cancer when I was 22. I had just begun to get to be a friend more than a daughter, I am SO grateful & glad I got to that place even if it only lasted 1 1/2 yrs! before that we tangled with each other quite a lot. My sister was VERY close to my mom and created trouble whenever my mom and I began to get along. But once I had gone thru University and then spent a few mo.s traveling alone to Greece, my mom figured I was grown up and equal. My sister was married a year before so it gave mom and I chance to have some fun! Whenever I am having a really bad time my mom comes to visit. When I found out I had cancer my mom came to me one night, I felt my bed go down on the edge where she was sitting! I don't know if you believe stuff like that but I have had the experience so it's not a matter of belief for me. When I broke my back and had to go for a CT scan, I lay on my back, they put your arms straight up over your head and crossed at the wrists. I was terrified I would end up paralyzed, but as I was laying there, going thru that machine, I felt both her hands in mine! You know how you'll NEVER forget your mom's hands, how they feel, etc and even though she had been gone for almost 11 yrs by then! So, I know how lucky you are. A mom holds the family together. My kitty is standing on my shoulders, head, iPad - she wants some cuddles so I better go! It has been lovely meeting and getting to know you a bit. I'm sure we'll be good friends.uh oh she's losing her patience and letting her claws out so my T-Shirt is getting shredded. Bye, good night, sweet dreams.
