Hi Johanna, pardon my memory or ignorance. Is the Karlsplatz underground station near the Prater? It's just that I was watching a recording of "The third man" some days ago and It brought back memories of the station nearby. Love your piccies by the way

I tried to give my best. ;-)

Karlsplatz is next to Karlskirche (St. Charles's Church), Vienna University of Technology, near Ringstraße, in the center of Vienna. The Prater is in Vienna's 2nd district, on an island between Danube and Danube canal:

Thank you Johanna, I have a vague recollection that we took the u-bahn from the city centre to the station right next to the amusement park. Greatly enjoyed that ferris wheel ride with the Harry Lime theme playing in my head

Here is my beautiful prized television in my collection, a recently found Rank Arena C-1418 that I found in the e-waste bin for being sent to Fiji, I saved it from being sent to Fiji and it has good sound and it works fine I'm watching a movie on it now called white noise

Since most of you have read about me growing up on a farm I thought I would show you what it looks like now. It used to be all green fields. Now it is mostly reddish brown which are fields of cranberries. My extended family is included in this property. Actually it was so extensive there were 21 of us all related when I was in grade 1-6 !
Any questions will be answered, while I am awake. Hoping to be awake most days for a while now.

If this is the photo of a LOT of land, family owned from between #5-#6 Rd to the 91 on the right. And from bottom to the river at the top. It is one mile between each # road. Sorry wrong photo. You'll figure it out!

I got to see it here ( outside the house I live in now ) one really, really cold night! It was like magic, luckily my neighbor was with me out in the dark yard because I was, hey what the heck is that? She's a teacher too, JA!!
