BEAUTIFUL PHOTO'S!!! That is the best part of autumn! The fog softens everything as we drift into the harsh of winter.

What a beautiful image!it looks like a piece of ART but I don't think anyone could do it better than Mother Nature Herself! Nice find, Johanna. I'm glad you didn't miss it. :-)

SciFan - I've stayed at that hotel (one pictured below, I assume) a number of times - GREAT location and near the convention center - love the pool at the top - one time there (wife not along), I invited my brother to share my room (he had never been to the city) - we had a great time, but one day @ the pool, Jerry Tarkanian (coach of the San Antonio basketball team then and a while ago) was in the pool (apparently the hotel was his residency while in town) - now I'm really not a fan, but my brother was thrilled to sit in the pool and share some conversation (I didn't participate, so not sure what was talked about) - Dave :)

You've got the right hotel. The convention I attended used most of the guest rooms in this hotel and the Mariott Riverwalk across the street. image-2962373138.webpMy sunset photo was taken from the balcony of this corner suite.
