Very nice. Some of them seem to show the birds fluffing up their feathers to give some extra warmth. Do you know what kinds of birds these are?

Maybe there's a finch somewhere, but most of them certainly are sparrows.

The beak of the first bird seems more finch-like than those on the rest of the birds.

First and second picture are the same bird. It looks like a sparrow to me.

Great pictures, Joanne. Is your window quite close to the shrubs? Or have you used some kind of "zoom"? In any bird pictures I take with the iPhone they look tiny!
