I had one of those, or so close as to make no difference. First thing to go missing was the toothpiick, then the corkscrew protector (or whatever that was supposed to be). The awl was surpisingly useful. Mine would have been from before the 80's though, since I remember using it as a young teen, at the latest.

Or my memory is shot.

What you call the corkscrew protector is actually a small screwdriver for tightening screws on your eyeglasses.
