It looks like you captured the owner of that jewel in the third picture hard at work. Looks like a fly wrapping party going on down at the bottom close to center, that's neat.

Are you speaking of the blueberries? Yes we have three bushes and what the birds don't get we get. On the other my dog loves then too so he just cruises around it to find what he wants! He does that with blackberries too! :-)

If anyone knows what that marine being is beside the scuba diver is please tell me! Also can you imagine being in that kayak when that whale decides to surface?!

Hey did all of you know that you can tap on my post and choose web view and ALL the photo's are large and easy to see? I didn't know that! I think the first photo is my favorite because of the subtle color.
I'm thinking it could be electrical conduits or way of slowing the water down for some reason.? Have NO idea but will my brother!

No Kidding! Thanks that made me LOL! I had trouble finding it's eye and mouth because it's head is so huge I couldn't believe it had such a small mouth! How big do they get. Do you know? And how did you know what it was? I have never seen even a picture of one before. To me it was the most bizarre thing I have seen in a LONG time! Thanks, for the info scifan, I truly appreciate the knowledge! :)

I'm reading an e-book on my iPad A Short History of Nearly Everything (2010) by Bill Bryson - a pic appeared in an early chapter showing a disturbing image of a mushroom cloud above the Bikini Atoll in 1954 - a testing of one of the first hydrogen bombs - the force of this blast was 11 megatons, or more than twice the destructive impact of all the explosives used by all sides in the Second World War - the image is beautiful but the implications are horrific! Dave

Hi and thanks - this is a general thread so no worry about hijacking it - I read your post in the other thread (not a subscriber so don't review) - I see no problem w/ you posting here but would suggest a more abbreviated response that will be clearer to our general members (now I'm a retired physician w/ plenty of physics in my HS & college education) - just need to provide a simpler explanation, but just my opinion - Dave :)
