iLoc iPad Case

Has anyone tried out the iLoc iPad Case ( xxxx NO EXTERNAL LINKS XXXX )? It looks like an inexpensive way to protect my iPad from rain when outdoors. I'd rather pay a couple bucks for this instead of breaking the bank spending a hundred bucks on other cases especially when I'm just looking to use it for camping and stuff.
