iFile (or similar) withou jailbreakl

I have an iPad2 on 9.1 (no jailbreak available) and would like to install the iFile to look at some files in the /var/mobile/ directory. Is this possible?, if not is there a similar app that would do the same?
I tried iFunbox on my pc but that does not show the directories I want.

Sorry, but no - there is no way to access files at that deep a level on a stock iPad. The only way is with a jailbreak and, as you know, that's not possible on iOS 9.1 (right now).
