Icons on home

how do I put an icon on my home page ,iPad, for a forum I go to often?

The button to export the icon, is at the right, if you're on iOS 8x.

Thanks,I guess I didn't make it clear -- I do not need the iPad Forum on home, it is there already. I want to put my Smart car forum on the home button.

It works the same way. Open the forum in Safari on your iPad, then tap the "Share" (export) button, ...
