How to stream video to xbox360/PS3?

I have some HD movies on the ipad and would like to know what is the best app, either from the app store or cydia that allows me to stream movies from ipad to xbox360/PS3?
I just recently installed xbmc but I dont think that allows me to stream from the ipad...but then again I am a noob to the whole xbmc thing.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.....

I was referring to apps similar to imediasuite or fusion stream all of which had piss poor reviews. Just wondering if other people know of similar apps.

By stream are you referring to wanting to do it wirelessly? Because why wouldn't you just buy the video cables for the iPad for hooking it up to the TV?
