If you’ve been wishing that your trusty first generation iPad could do that display mirroring thing that the iPad 2, well, your wish is about to come true, provided you have a jailbroken iPad 1, that is. 9to5 Mac reports on a hack that has been developed by Natures Eye’s Studios, that enables you to mirror anything on your iPad 1 onto another (usually bigger) screen. Basically it means you can play games or watch movies without having to have an AirPlay Apple TV, or generally display whatever's going on on your iPad on a second screen. To achieve this mirroring effect with your jailbroken iPad 1, you’ll need the Apple Digital AV Adaptor or VGA adaptor, so that you can connect the iPad to a TV or projector via HDMI or VGA. The video above actually gives you all the pointers and links, so check it out if you’re interested.
