How to download BBC iPlayer Video to iPad 2?

The bad is it only enables media to be streamed to iPod touch, iPhone, iPad over a wifi conection but not downloaded to watch later on iPod/iPod Touch/Nano/Classic, iPhone and iPad. Why?

To be able to download video from this App and be able to watch it off-line,you have to become a subscriber and pay a monthly fee.

I don't think am stealing anything from BBC by downloading it, just asking a workaround if possible instead of downloading programes from Rapidshare .
