How to cancel

Due to various reason I wish to cancel my account.
I have tried to find the cancel account page, but without luck.
Can someone please explain?

You can’t delete your own account. Forum Staff would have to do it. I can do it for you if you want. Please respond to confirm your intent.

I was unable to find the notice that only forum staff can delete accounts, perhaps you can include it somewhere?

There is no Gold Plate account status on this forum. Your status, such as IPF Novice, changes with time as your posting total increases.
