How i manage apps files in my ipad?

For example if i draw something in autocad and save it.how i manage this saved file without its own browser. Are there any browser application like windows explorer or something else.

Not possible unless jailbroken.
But usually within the app there should be the possibility to share the drawing via email or a cloud storage....
