How do you save, name and use photos.

O.K. bought ipad2 yesterday and using the conversion kit uploaded some photos. i need to name them and send them to a website via the attach file option that appears on that website. can this be done? if i cannot do this i am backing this ipad. i assume they want me to buy an app that names and saves pics. this is not a problem if anyone can recommend one.
a brilliant application called preview comes with macbook, but i cannot find it for ipad.
any help out there?

What photo site are you using to save the photos to? Many of the popular sites have apps to upload and manage photos.
