How do you add mailboxes?

Hi,

We want to add additional mailboxes in the Mail app, so that she can sort e-mails she wants to keep.

The instructions in the manual seem clear and simple

<<Add a mailbox
Go to the mailboxes list, tap Edit, then tap New Mailbox.>>

Only snag, when we go to the mailboxes list there is NO Edit button. If you are in one of the existing mailboxes such as Inbox, there is an Edit button which brings up options to Move, Mark or delete a selected mail item.

There is NO Edit button visible when in the main mailboxes view.

How do we find it please??

Do note this can only be done i]with IMAP or Exchange e-mail accounts. It won't work with POP accounts.

Thanks Marilyn,

Unfortuately ours is a POP account, so obviously no go. I am not sure that we want the hassle of additional accounts.
