How do I fix "pairing record missing" ?

I tried to connect my ipad2 to iTunes, but when I did that, I got an error message that says, "pairing record missing" How do I fix that?

I tried to connect my ipad2 to iTunes, but when I did that, I got an error message that says, "pairing record missing" How do I fix that?

Close iTunes, connect your iPad to the computer and start iTunes again.
Another possibility: use a different USB connection on your computer.
Or restart both, iPad and computer.
