I'm sorry, but you are going to have to give us a lot more information in order for any one to be able to help. Starting with: what are you trying to do? Are you trying to transfer contacts? Create new contacts? Find a new contact? Edit a new contact?
The more details you can provide about your issue, the better the odds are that you will receive assistance. Thanks.
